功能糖包括益生元类低聚糖与低升糖型单双糖。低聚糖类以有效组分含量为关键指标，低升糖糖类以纯度与水分控制为重点。液体规格按固形物含量（Brix）表述。
Covers prebiotic oligosaccharides and low-glycaemic mono- and disaccharides. Oligosaccharides are specified by active-fraction content, low-glycaemic sugars by purity and moisture. Liquid grades are expressed as solids content (Brix).
